“Working with Kelly is a positive pleasure. She takes account of you, as a person, and tailors everything to your own specific needs. I can honestly say that, since I’ve been working with her, I’m in the best physical fitness of my life. Her personal training is always challenging, but never daunting, while her skill as a Pilates instructor helps and supports your journey to physical fitness and feeling amazing.” - Jo

The frequency of personal training sessions depends on your goals, fitness level, budget, and motivation.
Beginners: 2–4 sessions per week can help you develop proper form and a sustainable routine.
Fit people: 1–2 sessions per week can support your other fitness efforts.
Highly fit people: 1 session per week may be enough.
Short term goals: 2–3 sessions per week.
Long term goals: 1–2 sessions per week.
Time sensitive goals: More frequent sessions can help you get results faster.
Budget: Less frequent sessions over a longer period of time can help you learn and try things on your own.

Expect to FEEL the results of your training sooner than you SEE them. People who start a new exercise program and are consistent in getting their workouts done typically report improvements in sleep, mood and energy levels within two to three weeks. How long it'll take to achieve your desired body goal, really depends on what your goal is. Changes in body composition often take longer to notice; the more consistent you are with your workouts and the closer you adhere to your nutrition plan, the sooner the results will become noticeable (to you and to others too!).
